Santa Fe First Build -Bathrooms and Mudroom

Bathrooms should emanate a fresh and clean sense when you enter them. We achieved this look in the primary bathroom by using white and gray tiles for a modern look, then added the maple cabinetry to bring in some warmth.

We went with a frameless shower to open up the space and make this bathroom feel even larger. The stacked tile also feels modern and contrasts well with the curve of the shower head.

The powder room is a great area to play with tiles and texture in a home. We made this powder room special by adding a custom built vanity with an inset cabinet door and by using the black hexagon tile. The light above the vanity also gives the bathroom a moody vibe.

We kept the guest bath a little more neutral. Since this is a spec house, we did not have a specific client when we built the home. The neutral color palette allows the new home owner to make this space their own and bring in their own style. Although, we had a little fun and added hexagon knobs to add some playfulness to the room.

One space that often gets overlooked in a home is the mud room, but it can be one of the most important features in terms of organization. We added these lockers adjacent to the garage entry to allow for convenient storage of personal belongings.
